Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds
Mascot (Costume Only)
1. Select your mascot. Then fill in your relevant party details.
2. Reserve your booking with a minimum deposit of £10 by booking online. We refer to this as our 'Online Booking Reservation Fee'
3. After your booking has been received we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection, upon this we will invoice the remaining costume cost + delivery cost (if not collecting) + refundable damage deposit. All payments except refundable damage deposit must be made prior to the day of the booking.

1. Select your mascot. Then fill in your relevant party details.
2. Reserve your booking with a minimum deposit of £25.00 by booking online. We refer to this as our 'Online Booking Reservation Fee'
3. After your booking has been received we will contact you to confirm details.
5. We will require the 'Remaining Costume Cost' to be paid via cash or card before proceeding with the booking. (Please read our terms and conditions also.)
